At the end of the conference, two capacity building workshops were organized on July 3 and 4, 2021, on "Women's political leadership" and "The right of access to information as an instrument of accountability". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop n\u00b01: The right of access to information and local authorities <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop 2: The role of young elected officials and civil society in strengthening governance and accountability.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goals:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Familiarize participants with the concept of female leadership;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Understand the influence of social roles on the development of female leadership;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Equip participants with basic notions of political communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expected results :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Participants understand the impact of gender and social roles on women's leadership;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 The participants are made aware of the styles of leadership adopted;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 The participants strengthen their capacities in political communication and technical management of electoral campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
