2-year experience, aims to mobilize youth dynamics in Morocco (with social movements and local youth associations) in monitoring the work of the United Nations unconventional mechanisms, in particular the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism ) via the development of a parallel report to the national report of Morocco, presented to the UPR Morocco cycle of the Council of Human Rights in Geneva in 2017, a pilot experience, marked by a success which was crowned by the consideration in the report of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the 13 recommendations.
